Politique d'annulation

All bookings must be confirmed via phone and email within two hours after reception of availability of the vessel. No booking will be confirmed if the full payment via bank transfer is not received within 24 hrs after availability confirmation. No cancellation no refund policy, is applicable. In case the weather conditions won't be good for the period navigation chosen, the fee will be charged and the charter will be rescheduled according to your availability, the new weather conditions and within a year time with the same chosen vessel. The rescheduling process may happen for a maximum of three times in a year. If you must cancel the charter for health reason's, it will be rescheduled again. A medical certificate will be required. However, no deposit, nor full amount of the charter will be refund. Make sure to be sure about your will and engagement when confirming a yacht charter with us. The above conditions are applicable according to the local law.
